Why is there a consultation fee?
Custom transformation work needs a real planning session: scalp analysis, color matching, and a written plan. The $50 holds the chair, respects the time, and credits to your booked service, so the fee is not extra.
What should I bring to a hair loss consultation?
Inspiration photos, a list of any medications or recent life changes (postpartum, surgery, stress), and any wig or topper you already own. The more we see, the better we can plan.
Is this consultation confidential?
Yes. This is a private one-chair studio with the door closed. Nothing leaves the room.
How soon can I have hair after the consultation?
It depends on the solution. Color and gray blending can be booked the same day. Custom wigs and toppers are a two-part visit because the piece is ordered to fit. Extensions typically take one to two weeks to source.
Do you take insurance for medical hair loss?
We do not bill insurance directly. We provide an itemized receipt that you can submit to your provider or HSA/FSA. Many medical wigs qualify with a prescription from your doctor.
